Vem ansvarar för uppgifterna?

LocusGuide är personuppgiftsansvarig för de uppgifter du lämnar i intresseanmälan på locusguide.se. Du når oss på hej@locusguide.se.

Vilka uppgifter samlar vi in?

När du skickar en intresseanmälan får vi det du fyller i:

• typ av plats, platsens namn och eventuell webbadress
• ditt namn och din e-postadress
• telefonnummer och meddelande, om du väljer att fylla i dem
• vilket språk du använde på sajten

Varför och på vilken grund?

Vi använder uppgifterna för att kontakta dig om din intresseanmälan och för att förstå vad du är intresserad av. Grunden är ditt samtycke, som du ger genom att kryssa i rutan innan du skickar. Vi använder inte uppgifterna för utskick eller annan marknadsföring utan att fråga dig först.

Hur länge sparar vi dem?

Så länge vi för en dialog med dig, och som längst 24 månader efter vår senaste kontakt. Därefter raderar vi dem.

Vilka får del av uppgifterna?

Intresseanmälan skickas som e-post till oss via vår webbhotellsleverantör. Vi säljer eller lämnar inte vidare uppgifterna till andra för deras egna ändamål.

Cookies och externa tjänster

Sajten använder inga cookies för spårning eller reklam, och vi mäter inte besök. Språkvalet sparas i din webbläsare (localStorage) så att sajten kommer ihåg det. Typsnitt och ikoner levereras från vår egen server, så ingen tredje part får din IP-adress när du läser sajten.

Besökare i en LocusGuide-guide

Den här policyn gäller sajten locusguide.se. Besökare i en guide behöver inte registrera sig, och positionen används bara när besökaren själv ber om den.

Dina rättigheter

Du kan begära tillgång till, rättelse eller radering av dina uppgifter, invända mot behandlingen och återkalla ditt samtycke när som helst. Mejla hej@locusguide.se. Du har också rätt att klaga till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).

Who is responsible for the data?

LocusGuide is the data controller for the information you submit in the registration of interest on locusguide.se. You can reach us at hej@locusguide.se.

What do we collect?

When you send a registration of interest we receive what you fill in:

• type of place, the name of the place and an optional website
• your name and email address
• phone number and message, if you choose to add them
• the language you used on the site

Why, and on what basis?

We use the information to contact you about your registration and to understand what you are interested in. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send. We do not use the information for newsletters or other marketing without asking you first.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as we are in dialogue with you, and at most 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete it.

Who receives the data?

The registration is sent to us as an email through our web hosting provider. We do not sell the data or pass it on to others for their own purposes.

Cookies and external services

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not measure visits. Your language choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so the site can remember it. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, so no third party receives your IP address when you read the site.

Visitors in a LocusGuide guide

This policy covers locusguide.se. Visitors in a guide do not need to register, and their position is only used when the visitor asks for it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to the processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hej@locusguide.se. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
